• Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef
• Ordering, deployment planning, menu planning
• Active participation in the kitchen

We are looking for

• Completed training as a chef with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Trainer course or willingness to complete it
• High service and customer orientation, excellent manners as well as resilience and flexibility
