As part of a replacement, we are looking for a person ready to invest themselves in the field of credit administration in the role of:
Credit Operations Officer
Main missions:
- Manage cases such as rate renewals, product changes, file reviews and consolidations.
- Process personal loans, training credits and bank guarantees.
- Ensure monthly end-of-month processing (settled loans, cancelled limits).
- Monitor Abacus personal suspense accounts.
- Handle and process Front JIRA tickets.
- Process information related to OP-ZEK-FISC-ECAP.
- Manage collateral maturities.
- Process all incoming mail not assigned to ongoing cases.
- Prepare business relationship confirmations for companies.
- Process capital consignments for companies.
- Perform accounting operations.
Profile sought:
- Commercial employee training with professional commercial maturity.
- Affinity with handling administrative tasks related to credits.
- Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of German and/or English (minimum B1) would be an asset.
Personal qualities:
- Work rigour and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Initiative and ease in anticipating important operations.
- Ability to manage a large workload and thrive in a demanding production environment.
