About the job
Receptionist (A) 50%- Central contact person for customers, visitors and employees at the reception
- Welcoming and attending to guests as well as operating the telephone switchboard
- Organisation and management of meeting rooms including service
- Ensuring a smooth daily routine and high service quality
- Administrative tasks such as mail, emails, invoices and orders
- Support of site management as well as compliance with safety and order
- Completed commercial training or training in upscale hospitality
- Several years of experience in reception or a demanding service environment
- Very good German and English skills (at least C-level)
- Confident handling of MS Office and high IT affinity
- Strong service orientation and professional appearance
- Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as organisational talent
