For the Technical Service in Chur area, we are looking for an experienced, flexible and team-oriented person by arrangement as
Operations Mechanic
Thanks to your versatility, you have a wide range of interests and are willing to work in shifts as well as perform occasional on-call duties. You will work in a small, experienced team and report to the team leader of mechanics.
Main tasks:
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and upkeep work on mechanical installations
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of production, heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems
- Support with internal mechanical adjustments within the buildings
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work as well as coordinating external companies for maintenance work
- Performing safety work and inspections, updating schematics and execution plans
- Maintaining plant, process and occupational safety of the various systems and complying with legal and Heineken-specific regulations
- Operating and monitoring systems to ensure safe, efficient and trouble-free operation
- Reporting and regular data collection in various tools for deviation analysis and as a basis for management decisions
- Continuous improvement and optimisation within the framework of TPM, conducting root cause analyses, participating in improvement teams
Our requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, mechanic or similar
- Practical professional experience in maintenance (production facilities, high-bay warehouse)
- Professional experience in the field of supply and energy systems desirable
- Good knowledge of plant technology
- Computer skills desirable (MS Office and possibly SAP)
- Experience in handling schematics and plans
