Chef de Partie - Jack's Brasserie 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Daily à la carte service with a high-quality menu offering
- Control of produced food for quality and quantity according to internal guidelines and accurate presentation
- Professional management of the saucier station including ordering goods
- Assistance with inventory management and stocktaking as well as responsible for the control, order, and cleaning of the cold rooms
- Ensuring proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and machines as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
- Assistance in supervising and training apprentices and interns
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a cook with a federal diploma (EFZ) and professional experience in a comparable position
- Passionate personality with creativity and promotion of innovation
- Eye for detail and quality awareness
