Your Tasks
- You are responsible for personnel administration (all administrative tasks from employee entry to exit)
- Close collaboration with the HR Business Partners is part of your duties
- You provide advice to the line and employees in your area of responsibility
- Additionally, you perform various other tasks in human resources
- You contribute to ensuring the implementation of HR strategy and processes
- Furthermore, you actively support HR projects
Your Profile
- You have a commercial or comparable education with further training in human resources at the HR specialist level or equivalent
- You bring solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, ideally complemented by initial experience with Abacus (ERP)
- You thrive in an environment where processes and structures are created and see changes as an opportunity for organizational development
- You are fluent in German and ideally can also communicate well in French
- Your working style is structured and goal-oriented; as a team player with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset, you contribute to a positive working atmosphere
- Trustworthy, honest, and with appreciative as well as entrepreneurial interaction with stakeholders, you foster open communication
