For Fronius Switzerland AG, we are looking for a committed and sales-strong personality with solid technical know-how in welding technology. In this versatile field service role, you represent Fronius as a leading provider of innovative welding solutions, support existing customers and develop new market potentials.
Tasks:
- Support existing customers
- Customer acquisition
- Process customer enquiries
- Price negotiations and sales closures
- Participate in system configurations for quotation preparation for complex systems
- Coordinate feasibility analyses
- Ensure OK-point quality in offers (commercial and technical)
- Support at trade fairs and at regional/national events
- Pass on market and customer feedback
- Participate in the demo rental stock management
- Assist with dunning (collecting outstanding payments)
- Select and qualify specialist dealers in coordination with management
Requirements and professional training:
- Completed technical training
- Welding or electrical training
- Completed training in a metalworking company such as pipeline construction, steel construction, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, as well as manual skills in welding processes E-hand, TIG / MIG/MAG
- Welding training such as universal welder, welding test according to EN 287-1; EN 287-2
- IWS training
- Sales/communication and presentation techniques
- PC skills
- Driving licence B
Professional experience and knowledge:
- Experience in field service
- Experience in welding technology
- Entrepreneurial thinking (customer and cost awareness)
- Team-oriented work and willingness to share knowledge
- Willingness to travel
- Flexibility
- German spoken and written
- English an advantage
