Procedural Assistant to the Department Head (100%).
Job Description
As a procedural assistant to an investigating public prosecutor / department head, you take on all secretarial and administrative tasks. You independently manage the secretariat. You are responsible for organising and recording interrogations and the administrative preparation of resolutions and maintain contact with authorities, parties and third parties. You periodically perform on-call duties at weekends. The role requires independence and good collaboration.
As a department head assistant, you also act as a point of contact for various organisational matters within the department.
Requirements
You have completed commercial training. Your high typing skills and impeccable, confident German are a matter of course. In addition, you have good IT user skills.
You work independently, reliably and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you and you have an interest in criminal prosecution. You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, resilience and have an organisational flair. When dealing with parties involved in proceedings and interface partners, you always find the right tone.
