In Muri, in the heart of the village centre, we offer professional care and a lively community living environment to 57 residents. In two additional houses, we manage rental apartments and provide our services there. The individual is at the centre of our focus, and we value joint development. We are looking for employees who want to contribute their expertise and actively participate in shaping our work.

You bear overall professional responsibility during the night and form a two-person team together with a Swiss Red Cross employee or nursing assistant. Together, you ensure the safety, care, and support of our residents. You independently assess health changes, carry out treatment nursing measures, and actively participate in direct care.

We are looking for

• a completed qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH (or equivalently recognised)
• professional experience in long-term care and night shifts is an advantage
• confidence in assessing acute situations and emergencies
• an independent, reliable, and resilient working style
• a respectful and humourful approach to elderly people
• good German language skills, both spoken and written
