Your Tasks
- Professional care and support of residents in everyday life with taking over daily responsibility
- Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilization, and activities of daily living
- Observation of health status and passing on relevant information to the care team
- Co-responsibility for high care quality and compliance with care standards
- Documentation of care services in the electronic system
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and contact with relatives
- Co-creation of a respectful and appreciative living environment for our residents
Your Profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of working with elderly people as well as a high degree of empathy and sense of responsibility
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
