Production Operator 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

The position

In this role, you will contribute to production and assembly activities, ensuring efficient processes and products that meet Hitachi Energy's quality standards. What you can achieve

• Perform assembly and mounting tasks of components using dedicated equipment and tools

• Carry out quality checks on semi-finished and finished products, verifying their compliance with technical specifications

• Accurately and promptly complete and update production documentation

• Ensure adherence to work instructions, quality standards, and production timelines

• Collaborate with the team to optimise processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of production activities

• Report any anomalies, defects, or process deviations, supporting the identification of solutions

• Maintain a tidy work area and ensure the correct use of tools and equipment

• Operate in full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

What you bring with you

• High school diploma or professional qualification

• Experience, even minimal, in production or manufacturing

• Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures and operational instructions

• Proactivity, reliability, and a sense of responsibility

• Willingness to work shifts and basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations
