Production Employee / Floater 100% (m/f/d)

About the job

This is where you put your energy:

• Operating various production facilities as a "floater"
• Setting up, operating, converting and monitoring the machines
• Organisation and coordination of orders according to specifications
• Ensuring quality control
• Compliance with all control points at the assigned facilities
• Cleaning tasks and assistance during revisions
• Assisting in other departments in case of staff shortages or high workloads

How you impress us:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the glass industry
• Technical understanding and experience in the manufacturing process of industrial goods
• Experience as a machine operator is an advantage
• Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of varied tasks within production
• Willingness to work shifts
• High quality awareness
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Flexible team player
• IT skills
