We are looking for a

Dispatcher / Order Planner 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Coordination of technicians' assignments (work start 06:30 am)
• Management of the telephone switchboard, telephone support for customers and recording incoming customer orders
• Organisation and coordination of daily business
• Scheduling of maintenance, service calls and installations
• General administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training with an affinity for technology, alternatively
• Completed technical vocational training with commercial experience or willingness to learn
• Very good geographical knowledge of Central Switzerland
• Professional experience in dispatch or logistics
• Good PC and MS Office user skills
• Independent and resilient personality with assertiveness
• Team player with commitment
• Organisational talent in daily business
