Payroll Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
What you will achieve
- Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing for our group companies using Abacus and SAP, including year-end processing
- Processing of monthly payroll and personnel master data changes
- Responsibility for sickness and accident daily allowances, EO compensations as well as parental allowances including payroll processing
- Handling of withholding tax settlements with various cantonal tax authorities
- Creation and preparation of monthly and annual standard evaluations as well as individual reports
- Active participation in the optimisation of payroll processes and cross-departmental projects
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in payroll
- Completed further training in payroll; additional training in social insurance is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as experience with SAP and/or Abacus
- Very good German skills; good French skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working independently as well as a careful, reliable and service-oriented working style
