About the job

For Konradhof in Winterthur, we are looking for a Health Care Specialist (FaGe) 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. Konradhof is located in the centre of Winterthur directly at the SBB station. It has in the residence building
98 residential apartments and a care unit with 21 single rooms as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.


Your area of responsibility

• Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of the residents
• Recording the needs of the assigned residents and planning the resources
• Information, guidance and support of the residents and their relatives
• Documentation of care and support services, recording of services and materials as well as execution of medical orders
• Recording and forwarding important information and incidents

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Health Care Specialist EFZ
• Ideally professional experience and further training in long-term care
