• You support patients in finding a way out of illness towards greater quality of life and self-determination
• You actively contribute yourself and your knowledge to the interprofessional team, consisting of doctors, psychologists, social workers, and nursing professionals, and broaden your own horizons
• You take on responsibility as a day, night, and emergency duty doctor
• You make an important contribution to psychiatric primary care in the canton of Bern

• You hold a diploma recognised in Switzerland as a doctor
• You are an open, motivated, and committed individual with social skills, empathy, and powers of observation
• You appreciate interprofessional collaboration and gladly take on responsibility
• You have good oral and written German skills (at least level C1)
• Ideally, you have prior experience in the somatic field
