The La Résidence Foundation operates three social-medical facilities: the EMS St. Pierre in Sion, the APH St. Paul in Visp, and the APH Emserberg in Unterems. These three homes provide living spaces for elderly people in need of care.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed cook (80-100%) who will delight our residents with passion and creativity.

Your tasks

• Preparation of balanced and varied meals taking into account the dietary requirements of our residents
• Planning and organising menus in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Responsibility for ordering and storing food
• Supporting the training of apprentices in the kitchen

Your profile

• Completed training as a cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in communal catering is an advantage
• Knowledge of dietary cooking is desirable
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Good knowledge of German
