In this role, you are a central legal contact for distribution with a focus on contract and sales law:
- You participate in sales projects and subprojects, draft and review sales agreements (e.g. with brokers, agencies and cooperation partners) and ensure that these are legally and regulatorily compliant
- You develop policies and work instructions related to sales (e.g. on digitalisation, data protection or regulatory adjustments) and support their pragmatic implementation in the sales units
- You support the sales managers with legal questions concerning new sales channels, cooperations, products and initiatives
- You design and maintain contract standards, templates and guidelines for distribution, thus contributing to clarity and efficiency in dealing with legal matters
- You prepare legal issues, conduct simple risk assessments and formulate clear, actionable recommendations for the specialist departments
- You work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and Data Protection and help to pragmatically anchor legal and regulatory requirements in sales
In short: You create a clear, reliable legal framework so that our sales units can act entrepreneurially.

Your Skills and Talents
- You have a degree in law e.g. university (MLaw/Lic. iur.) or university of applied sciences / comparable legal education
- You already have some experience in contract law, corporate or financial market law – e.g. from an internship, career entry or several years of professional experience – or are motivated to familiarise yourself with these topics
- You are strong in writing: you formulate contracts, statements and emails precisely, clearly and appropriately for the audience – in German; other languages are welcome
- You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented and can structure your tasks well in a dynamic environment
- You present yourself openly and confidently and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from sales, specialist departments and central units
- You think analytically and enjoy connecting legal issues with the reality of business
- You want to develop professionally and personally – whether you already have professional experience or are at the beginning of your career
