The LANDI Buchrain cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the rural population of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy. Deputy TopShop Manager (m/f/d)
These tasks will inspire you
- Co-responsible for the entire smooth operation
- Responsible for the induction of new employees
- Independent staff management in the absence of the TopShop manager
- Expert advice and friendly service to our customers
- Assistance with product presentation and adherence to the concept
- Assistance with purchasing and ordering
- Compliance with the prescribed order and cleanliness in the TopShop and at the petrol station
- Preparation and baking of all bakery products including operation of the ovens
- Operation of the cash register including accounting
We look forward to this profile
- Completed training in sales/retail, preferably in the food sector
- Experience in petrol station shops or similar positions is desirable
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Flexible regarding work assignments, i.e. irregular shifts (early shift from 05:00, late shift until approx. 22:00, as well as weekend and holiday shifts)
- Initiative, organisational talent, assertiveness, reliability and independence
