For my client, I am looking for a communicative and technically skilled individual who wants to make a difference in internal sales. My client is one of the established Swiss suppliers for garage, workshop, and bodywork supplies. Everything here revolves around high-quality products, strong brands, and satisfied customers. Whether garage, bodywork company, or specialist dealer – customers expect competent advice, and that’s exactly where you come in!
What lands on your desk
- Customer contact: You answer enquiries by phone, email, and webshop, ensuring your customers don’t wait long for responses.
- Order management: You receive orders, process them, and keep an overview.
- Quotations: You prepare offers, follow up, and ensure enquiries turn into orders.
- Consultation: You know the products or will get to know them and find the right solution for your customers.
- When things don’t run smoothly: You assist with warranty clarifications and handle returns.
- Teamwork: You support the field sales team with sales activities and keep customer data up to date in the CRM.
What you should bring
- A completed commercial or technical education
- Experience in sales, customer service, or internal sales
- Industry knowledge from the automotive, garage, or bodywork environment is a big plus
- You enjoy communicating, are customer-oriented, and have a good sense for people
- Independent working is second nature to you
- You know MS Office not just by hearsay. ERP and CRM systems are also familiar to you.
- Even when the phone is ringing off the hook, you stay cool.
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
- French or Italian? Even better!
