HEAD OF RAIL CIVIL ENGINEERING & ROAD CONSTRUCTION 80-100% – ZURICH

YOUR TASKS:

• Operational and technical management of the Market Service Area Rail Civil Engineering & Road Construction
• Personnel responsibility for several well-established departments and teams with around 75 employees.
• Maintaining existing customer relationships, responsibility for acquisitions within the portfolio, and active further development of the Market Service Area.
• Further development and support of a location in Poland (or nearby abroad)
• Project management and participation in demanding and forward-looking projects
• Representation in relevant professional committees and associations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in rail construction and/or national road construction
• You have a strategic mindset and are able to quickly grasp complex situations, make difficult decisions, and identify business opportunities within and outside your own functional area.
• Many years of experience in project management in rail and/or road infrastructure projects, complemented by leadership responsibility
• Established network in the industry as well as a respected personality among customers and partners
• Professional appearance as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Leadership and communication skills for the committed management of a larger department
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
