Your Main Tasks
Alarm Center
- Recording and triaging incoming alarms and making necessary dispositions
- Monitoring building/area security using the camera system
- Operation and management of the parking guidance system
- Maintaining the event log and creating deployment reports
- Coordinating emergency services in case of an incident
Field Service
- Helpfulness towards internal and external customers
- Proportionate enforcement of house rules
- Intervention in case of aggression and threats
- Preventive control activities in USZ buildings and on the hospital grounds
- Control and enforcement of traffic regulations on the hospital grounds
- Carrying out special assignments on behalf of the supervisor
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training; a professional certificate in the field of security (e.g., FSB or FPO) is an advantage.
- You bring several years of professional experience in object and personal protection, security service, and/or in an alarm center.
- You communicate clearly, respectfully, and confidently in German. Any additional foreign language is a great plus.
- You are well versed in IT applications and proficient in MS Office.
- You have assertiveness and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
- You are resilient, a team player, and in good physical condition.
- You value teamwork and actively contribute to a positive working environment.
- You possess a category B driving license and have an impeccable reputation.
- You recognize your scope of action, take responsibility, and make independent decisions.
- A strong service orientation is a matter of course for you.
