To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a committed and technically interested individual who ensures the smooth operation of our production facilities with care, responsibility, and a strong understanding of quality. In this responsible role, you will work directly with our modern machines and equipment, monitor production processes, and make an important contribution to the quality, safety, and efficiency of our food production.
What you will achieve:
- Monitor and operate the necessary equipment and machines in the area
- Check recipes and provide the necessary raw materials
- Quality control of raw materials, check best-before dates and lot numbers
- Quality control of finished products using pH measurement and sensory analysis
- Record the implemented recipes
- Clean production equipment, filling and production rooms
- Simple assembly and disassembly of machinery
- Reporting obligations: corrections to recipes, defects in machinery, and more
- Compliance with FIFO and CCP
What you bring:
- Training in food production is desirable
- Good PC skills
- Independent and efficient working style as well as experience in the food industry is a plus
- Experience with hygiene is relevant
- Technical understanding is required
- Good spoken German skills are essential
- Quick comprehension, reliable and resilient
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
