Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting our customers in the after-sales sector
• Purchasing and selling spare parts, accessories and services
• Processing customer enquiries and complaints
• Responsible for inventory management and product presentation
• Close cooperation with the workshop, bodywork, sales and service teams

Your Profile

• Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ in the automotive trade (mandatory)
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
• Technical understanding and interest in vehicles
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Independent and reliable working style
