Carpentry Technician 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage complete timber projects, from study to final delivery
• Design and size structures by performing the necessary technical calculations
• Produce execution plans and technical details using Cadwork
• Analyse client needs and propose suitable and optimised solutions
• Organise and coordinate the various project stakeholders
• Monitor the progress of work in the workshop and on site
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, standards and quality requirements

Profile

• Training as a ES Timber Technician, ES Carpentry Technician, HES Timber Engineer or equivalent qualification
• Experience in managing and delivering timber construction projects
• Very good command of Cadwork software
• Knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Organisational skills, rigour and analytical mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and client orientation
• Interest in sustainable constructions and innovative solutions in the timber sector
