What to expect:

• Manufacturing & Assembly: Independent production and assembly of sophisticated injection moulding tools as well as active support of sampling processes
• Development & Qualification: Participation in feasibility analyses, tool design, and qualification of new products
• Maintenance: Continuous tool optimisation as well as independent maintenance and repair
• Documentation: Ensuring complete and proper management of tool dossiers
• Change Management: Precise updating and tracking of technical changes in manufacturing drawings
• Continuous Improvement Process (CIP): Active involvement in tool design and construction approval within the framework of the continuous improvement process (CIP)

What you bring:

• Training: Successfully completed basic training as a toolmaker, tool mechanic, polymechanic, or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in the precision industry is ideal; however, motivated recent graduates or young talents are offered thorough and step-by-step induction
• Working Method: Great enthusiasm and a pronounced flair for working in the micrometre range (micro tolerances)
• Soft Skills: Reliable, responsible, and at the same time team-oriented personality
