For the export team, we are looking for an open, humorous, and proactive personality as

Clerk Export and Internal Sales (a)

Your tasks:

Tasks:

• Technical and commercial clarification of quotations and orders
• Price and delivery date determination based on documents and in cooperation with internal departments (warehouse, production planning)
• Quotation preparation and order processing including shipping/export
• Monitoring deadlines of orders and necessary release documents such as import licences, letters of credit, etc.
• Shipping orders by air, sea, and land with preparation of invoices and all export documents, observing any L/C, CAD, or other regulations
• Written and telephone contacts with freight forwarders, control authorities, chambers of commerce, consulates, banks
• Sampling
• Following up on quotations
• Payment reminders to customers

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Commercial basic training; further education in export
• Experience in order processing and export in an industrial company
• Good SAP knowledge (SD module) & MS Office skills
• Good English language skills
• Customer-oriented behaviour
