Your future area of responsibility

Independent management of a designated service area – including mise-en-place, guest care, and closing duties
Active advice to our guests on food and beverages – with a keen sense for wishes and recommendations
Careful adherence to our quality and hygiene standards – you keep an eye on every detail
Close cooperation with the Chef de Rang as well as kitchen and bar – for a smooth daily operation
Support with minor leadership tasks, such as training new colleagues or assisting in the ordering process

Your profile

Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
Initial experience in service – e.g. as Commis de Rang
Neat, friendly appearance and host mentality
Team spirit, initiative, and a high awareness of quality
Good German skills, English an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
