You are a sales talent, speak German as well as French, and feel just as comfortable on the phone as in a strong team? Then seize the opportunity and join our spare parts service team as
Your tasks
- Sales is your passion! – You advise our customers by phone and email on spare parts and accessories.
- You keep the machines running! – You handle orders and enquiries professionally and reliably.
- Online shop? Easy! – You support customers in using our PartStore.
- Organisational talent required! – You maintain customer data and keep an overview.
- Creativity desired! – You contribute to exciting projects such as special promotions or service optimisations.
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training – or experience as a spare parts salesperson
- Technical and mechanical understanding – you know what you are selling.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills – you convince with your appearance.
- Entrepreneurial thinking – you take initiative instead of waiting.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Languages: Very good German and French skills or at least good French skills with the willingness to improve them; English is a plus.
