Employee Front Support (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Worblen-Emmental, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Biglen, Boll, Ittigen, Ostermundigen, and Worb, we are looking to strengthen our team from January 1, 2026, or by agreement with a motivated personality as Employee Front Support (m/f/d).

• A versatile range of tasks with responsibility in the areas of account openings, master data changes, document processing, transactional activities in the private customer and investment area, as well as supportive tasks in the services and sales area
• Telephone support of our customers
• Close cooperation with the advisory team and specialist departments
• A cheerful team that supports each other and develops together
• Room for initiative and participation in process optimizations as well as further development of front support

• A completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a flair for structured processes
• You like to get involved, think solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in hectic moments
• With your digital flair, team spirit, and service orientation, you make the difference
• Ideally, you also have knowledge in accounting and controlling
• Initiative and willingness to take on responsibility are an advantage
