Here is what you will do
- Carrying out all master builder tasks in building construction (new build, conversion and renovation): constructing brick and natural stone masonry, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel rods, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work as well as listed buildings
- Construction site preparation, leading a work group
- Organisation and coordination of daily tasks
- Ordering materials and checking deliveries
- Ensuring timely, high-quality construction execution and enforcing occupational safety measures
- Supporting the training of our apprentices
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a certified construction foreman and/or certified construction supervisor or on the way to it
- Organisational skills, independence and enjoyment of team leadership
- A responsible, team-oriented and resilient personality
- Driving licence category B, ideally also BE
