To complete the kitchen team of a medico-social establishment in Geneva, we are looking for a:

Restaurant Manager / Head Chef at 100%

You will hold a responsible position offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant independently while benefiting from the tools and support of a large group.

You will ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch and dinner services, as well as the distribution of meals. You will design and plan varied and balanced menus, and occasionally lead culinary workshops for our residents. During events within the establishment, you will ensure the smooth running of the service.

Accompanied by our dietitians, you guarantee the quality and satisfaction of clients, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.

As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while managing budgets, inventories, and orders.

Finally, you are responsible for organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and materials in accordance with the cleaning plan.

• You have solid experience in traditional catering and establishment management, with a good command of current culinary trends.
• You have a true team spirit, constant motivation, and a strong taste for challenges.
• Creative and innovative, you offer gourmet and original culinary services to energise the offer.
• Proactive, rigorous, and with excellent organisational skills.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook or an equivalent qualification is required.
