Property gains tax may sound dry at first glance? With us, it is anything but that: you work at exciting interfaces between real estate, tax law, administration and the public. You ensure that complex transactions are handled cleanly, fairly and understandably – thus making an important contribution to three attractive Zug municipalities.

Your tasks

• You take responsibility: for property gains tax transactions of the municipalities of Cham, Risch and Hünenberg.
• You are the contact person: for questions from the public, specialist offices and commissions.
• You bring structure: with tax confirmations, information, controls and monitoring tasks.
• You help shape: the further development and digitalisation of our processes.
• You pass on knowledge: by supporting apprentices as needed.
