DBO Technician (m/f/d)
This interesting and varied position includes the following main areas:
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing operations, and writing a status report on bulk distribution systems, as well as assembly and disassembly
- Efficient and timely resolution of breakdowns (repair work) at the client’s premises, as well as maintenance checks of installations according to the manual
- Flawless installation compliant with quality standards of beer dispensing systems
- Assisting regional after-sales service managers (customer advice) in the design or modification of installations at clients’ premises regarding equipment, assembly, sketches, etc.
- Commissioning of beer dispensing installations and training of clients, including administrative formalities on site (contract signing, report writing)
- Occasional on-call duties are also part of this area of activity
Our requirements:
- Completed technical apprenticeship (mechanical, installation or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance, assembly and commissioning of complex equipment
- A rigorous and independent working method, combined with good interpersonal skills
- A sense of responsibility, the ability to meet the various needs of our customers in the market and to understand their expectations, as well as a balanced temperament, are essential for this role.
- Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office applications)
- Very good command of French as well as good oral and written German skills
- A valid driving licence is essential (category B, possibly C/C1)
- Residence in French-speaking Switzerland with good access to the intervention area
