Deputy Team Leader Nursing
These are your main tasks:
- Deputy function for the team leader
- Support of the team leader in the personnel and professional management and advice of the nursing team
- Professional care and support of residents in complex situations
- Ensuring professional care based on the nursing process
- Active participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with all parties involved in care and support
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
- In cooperation with the team leader, taking over the professional responsibility as RAI supervisor
How you can convince us:
- A completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care and in leading a team is an advantage
- You are resilient, humorous and enjoy working independently as well as in a team
- An open, proactive personality with pronounced social skills
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
