Your tasks – here you can develop your potential

• You plan, design and evaluate activation therapy offers and a varied daily routine – individually and in groups.
• You orientate yourself to the interests, resources and individual wishes of the residents.
• You bring activation to where life happens: to the bed, the workshop, the fitness room or wherever encounters take place.
• You promote self-determination, existing skills, social participation and personal development.
• You work closely with the residential groups and other specialist areas and contribute your expertise to the daily life of pflegimuri.
