You will be working in a global competence center and primarily lead interdisciplinary development projects of energy-driven assembly tools, where you, as Project Manager AAT, have overall responsibility for the project. Your focus will be to lead these projects interdisciplinary and internationally and to drive them to success within the Oetiker Group. You are the key contact for the technical project managers and report to the project owner.
- Overall project management in product and process development (from idea to series production)
- Leading and planning cross-functional project teams including stakeholder management
- Preparing, leading, and documenting project meetings
- Creating and updating project controlling and reporting
- Maintaining requirements management
- Managing project risks and proactively dealing with potential project challenges
The projects are global and highly interdisciplinary. This requires an interest in intercultural teamwork and various disciplines (mechanics, electrical engineering, software and firmware, data science, and production technology).
- Experience in leading technical development projects (at least 3 years)
- Technical basic training and further education at the FH level or comparable (mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
- Proven professional experience in product development
- High level of teamwork ability, assertiveness, and communication skills as well as resilience and flexibility
- Independent, goal-oriented, and structured working style
- High commitment to carrying out projects while meeting all quality, cost, and time requirements
- High technical understanding in mechanics and electrical engineering
- Innovative mindset and the ability to shape the project with your passion and methodological competence
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- German and English spoken and written (at least level B2/C1)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is an advantage
