Head of Garden Maintenance

In this versatile and exciting role, you support, relieve, and lead the maintenance team as Head of Garden Maintenance and are responsible for the care and maintenance of green and site areas of various properties of our mandates. Winter service is also part of your work.

Your main tasks:

- Employee leadership / support
- Planning and management of gardening work
- Responsible for finances
- Additionally recognize and offer Once Only potential
- Winter service readiness
- First contact person for clients
- Purchasing of materials & equipment

Your profile:

- Vocational training with a professional certificate
- Several years of leadership experience (mandatory)
- Driver's license category B (motor vehicle up to 3.5 t)
- Several years of experience in garden maintenance / landscaping
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good user of common Microsoft tools
- Biological knowledge
- Manual skills and organizational abilities
- High service and customer orientation
