Construction Foreman Building Construction (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you are the pivotal point on the construction site. You manage our building construction projects from the initial preparation to timely completion, consistently ensuring compliance with our high quality and safety standards. With your natural leadership skills, you coordinate the construction team, ensure efficient use of resources, and are the central contact person for clients, architects, and subcontractors.

For this role, you bring a strong foundation: you have completed training in the construction trade and ideally have further qualified as a foreman or possess a comparable qualification. Having gained several years of professional experience as a foreman in building construction, complex projects and tight schedules are no challenge for you. You impress with organisational talent, assertiveness, and are a true team player who remains resilient and flexible even in hectic phases. Good German language skills are required for smooth communication.
