In the heart of the city of Zurich, the residential homes in Seefeld offer living and life space at various locations for adults with cognitive or multiple disabilities. At the Ottenweg location, people live who require special care and basic nursing due to their degree of disability and age. We are looking for a Care Specialist (80%) from September 2026 or by arrangement.

Care Specialist (80%)

Your tasks:

• Accompanying, supporting and advising residents in everyday life
• Nursing activities
• Promoting the greatest possible independence and ability to participate in the community
• Administrative tasks and maintaining external contacts
• If interested: taking on departmental responsibilities

Your profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as FABE/FAGE
• Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
• Organisational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
