Your Development to Head of Finance

Your Development Perspective:

In your role, you take responsibility for your own client accounting and provide professional support to the team. At the same time, you develop into the professional deputy with coordination tasks and actively contribute to the further development of our processes and systems.

In the medium term – within two to three years – the assumption of the Head of Finance position is planned. This makes the role an ideal prospect for an experienced specialist with development ambitions. It is also suitable if you are currently pursuing further training as an expert in accounting and controlling and want to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice.

Your Tasks:

• You independently manage client accounting and are responsible for its quality
• You prepare and analyse financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• You take responsibility in the budgeting process, including meaningful analyses and evaluations for management
• You analyse existing financial processes and develop them further together with the team
• You support the head of department in operational day-to-day business
• You take on demanding specialist topics and ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements
• You continuously expand your know-how and increasingly take on coordination and leadership tasks

Your Profile:

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as the desire to develop professionally and personally
• Further training in finance, controlling, business administration or willingness to undertake such training
• Solid practical experience and enjoyment in contributing your knowledge to the team
• Strong IT affinity and confident handling of Abacus and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Uncomplicated, service-oriented, and resilient personality
• Independent, precise working style, affinity for numbers, and interconnected thinking
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing pragmatic solutions together
