The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Psychologist (m/f/d), 40-100%

We are looking for reinforcement in the field of psychotherapy at the Lenzburg location immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Leading group therapies in the day clinic
• Conducting preliminary interviews to assess admission to the day clinic
• Preparing reports (cost approvals, final reports)

In addition to the 40% position in the day clinic, you have the option to work additional part-time percentages in the Lenzburg outpatient clinic with the following tasks:

• Psychotherapeutic treatment in individual settings with case management
• Conducting and evaluating psychodiagnostic assessments
• Interdisciplinary collaboration, participation in reports and working groups
• Preparing various reports (health insurance, disability insurance, cost approvals, etc.)

Your profile:

• Completed psychology degree or equivalent qualification
• Started or completed psychotherapy training
• Experience and enjoyment in leading group therapies
• Experience in the addiction field is an advantage
• Training in a trauma therapeutic method is an advantage
• Commitment, resilience, teamwork skills
