Job Description

• Independently operating, monitoring, and controlling chemical and technological processes during normal operation and in case of deviations
• Carrying out plant start-ups, shutdowns, stoppages as well as flushing and cleaning processes
• Working in multipurpose plants and close coordination with direct supervisors
• Independently performing sampling and standard analyses in the laboratory and interpreting the results
• Early detection and analysis of process and technical deviations as well as developing solutions within the defined area of responsibility
• Compliance with and active communication of standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Support and professional exchange with colleagues
• Participation in projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring cleanliness and order according to the 5S principles
• Support in cross-plant activities and willingness to undertake temporary assignments at other locations

Qualifications

• Diploma/apprenticeship as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist in chemical and pharmaceutical production or an equivalent recognised diploma.
• Production operator with experience, knowledge, and proven skills to independently perform the tasks required at the professional level
• German spoken and written, English skills desirable
• Professional experience in chemical-pharmaceutical production is an advantage
