L+B AG, HGV Property Management based in Winterthur, is part of the Leemann + Bretscher Group, a company with a 300-year tradition. Our core task is the management of the property portfolio of the entire corporate group.

These are your tasks

• Independent preparation and processing of heating and operating cost statements for residential and commercial properties
• Ensuring legally compliant and timely statements
• Verification/plausibility check of relevant costs
• Recording and maintenance of billing-relevant master data (such as distribution keys, changes in area, tenant changes)
• Input of user changes (intermediate readings during tenant changes) and allocation of costs for pro-rata billing
• Supporting the team with general accounting tasks

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training, several years of experience in preparing operating cost statements
• Strong accounting understanding
• Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of the property software GARAIO REM is an advantage
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and structured working style
• Pleasant manners
