We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) on a fixed-term basis for 2 years for Endress+Hauser Flow, who will strengthen our team and actively contribute to the success of our organisation by attracting suitable talents.

What tasks will you undertake?
You will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our various business areas – supported by active sourcing or targeted direct approaches where necessary.
- Advise hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure well-founded and fair selection processes.
- Moderate interviews, manage feedback structures, and accompany transparent decision-making processes.
- Utilise market and trend analyses to continuously develop our talent acquisition strategy.
- Collaborate with global TA teams and employer branding to ensure a strong candidate experience.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in (business) psychology, business administration, or a comparable further education.
Bring experience in recruiting technical profiles. - Understand the labour market in technical and commercial environments and are interested in trends and developments.
- Communicate clearly, appreciatively, and convincingly and enjoy working closely with managers.
- Have experience in active sourcing and using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally SuccessFactors.
- Appear trustworthy, build relationships quickly, and professionally guide candidates through the process.
- Work solution-oriented, structured, and show initiative.
- Speak and write fluent German and English.
