Your job - You develop people in everyday work.
As a work educator in our assembly department, you recognise potential, promote strengths and persevere even when it gets challenging. You want not only to accompany but to enable real development? Then you are right with us.
- Support and assistance for employees: You ensure a present, supportive and clear guidance of employees throughout the entire work process.
- Instruction and quality assurance: You direct assembly and packaging orders, ensuring quality, structure and reliability.
- Individual promotion: You specifically and practically promote the work skills and independence of each individual employee.
- Workplace design: You adapt workplaces and workflows to the individual abilities of the employees.
- Documentation and follow-up: You observe developments, document progress and keep it comprehensible.
- Development discussions: You conduct regular support, goal and qualification discussions and review the progress made.
- Conflict management: You provide support in resolving conflicts and in difficult situations in everyday work.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with workshop management and case management and actively contribute your observations.
What you bring with you
For this position, we are looking for you if you have a qualification in the educational or social pedagogical field and experience in supporting people with special needs. You should be confident in support planning, documentation and goal setting and be characterised by a structured and responsible way of working. Empathy, patience and the ability to lead clearly are also important to us. Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork complete your profile.
If you also have experience in production, assembly or workshop environments and interdisciplinary collaboration, you are exactly the right person we are looking for. You combine work with development and ensure that people can do more step by step, gain more confidence and find their place in everyday work.
