The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.

We are developing our organisation further and will bundle the agogic topics in a dedicated division in the future. As a member of our executive board, you will take responsibility for this area and lead a committed team of four specialist units. In this key role, you will actively shape the agogic direction of our organisation and apply your strategic skills purposefully. We are looking for a strong, reflective personality with high professional competence in the agogic field, who acts with commitment, leads clearly, and convinces both in everyday matters and at a strategic level. The position starts from 1 August or by arrangement.
HOW?
- You lead the Agogics division and the four specialist units both professionally and personally and develop them further.
- You take overall responsibility for the agogic topics and the internal educational offerings.
- You actively contribute to the foundation’s executive board.

- You ensure that economic goals and agogic requirements are implemented in harmony.

- Because you make decisions and take responsibility – even in difficult situations.
