The Ilgenhalde site is one of our three institutions. It offers school, residential care, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. For our residential group, we are looking for a motivated reinforcement from 1 June 2026 – or by arrangement – as
Residential Specialist 80-90%
Your tasks include:
- Complementing the team with a total of 9 children and young people
- Support in an individual setting
- Creating an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
- Empathetic support for children and young people with various disabilities
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
Your profile:
- Qualification as a care specialist or health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience and a balanced personality
- Observational skills and enjoyment in supporting children and young people
