Clerk Sales Internal Service 100%

• Order processing including creation and preparation of offers, orders including invoicing as well as product documentation for new products and spare parts
• Registration of transports occurring domestically and abroad (Incoterms FCA, DAP, DDP)
• Creation and transmission of forwarding orders and customs documents
• Close cooperation with product management and sales
• Assistance in creating sales documents and presentations
• Project collaboration on inquiries with project character

• Completed commercial training with experience in an industrial environment
• Flair and enjoyment in dealing with technical products
• Experience in the export area (advantageous with ExpoWin software)
• Strong communication skills as well as customer and sales orientation
• Good language skills in German and English required
• Reliable, structured, and independent working style
• Dynamic and motivated personality
