Polymechanic with Leadership Responsibility

• Take professional and personnel leadership of a motivated production team
• Plan and organise production processes efficiently
• Ensure quality, deadlines, productivity, costs, and occupational safety
• Support and promote employees in daily business
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and resource utilisation

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, toolmaker, or equivalent
• Further training as a process or production specialist, HF technician in mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in production planning or manufacturing control
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on a management role
• Proficient use of ERP systems and good MS Office skills
